South indian girl Devi Ramachandran is a HR Trainee in one of the leading auto ancillary company in Pune. She has done MBA / PGDM Industrial Relations. Her role in the industry is to handle requirement for IT and Telecom Clients. Though only male candidates are preferred, being a female candidate she is doing her job successfully.

Earlier Devi got placement in Noida, a leading IT service provider in which she will has to assist HR team for recruitment, conducting telephonic screening and sourcing resumes from so many job portals but chose to join pune company as it was a challenging career.

Devi Ramachandran say’s that her parents are very supportive and she was able to fulfill her dream job atlast, but this is not the end of her search as she would be reaching the peak. Life in pune is very tough as she has left her parents at home and came to Pune for taking a better career. Devi wishes all the MBA graduates for a bright and successful future.
